Peristaltic Pump For Viscous Fluid Transfer

Our peristaltic pumps have been successfully commissioned at the largest carpet manufacturer in Turkey and the World. The system guarantees the controlled transfer of a sticky and viscous solution; composed of latex, calcite, and certain process-specific chemicals produced in the reactor over a distance of approximately 40 metres.

Before implementing the hose pump, the customer used compressed air for fluid transfer, relying on a 110 kW screw compressor. The new process has enabled the same transfer capacity to be achieved using a hose pump with only 7.5 kW of installed power. This has resulted in significant operational and maintenance cost savings for the customer.
